What was my smoking habit?
I started smoking about 3 years ago, it was a comfort for me.
My reason to quit smoking:
I realised that I was out of breath. I eat right, I play tennis and I’m a very healthy person. I could only pinpoint it down to smoking.
Benefits of quitting smoking:
I’m not out of breath so I can play sports and that for me is key!
