What was my smoking habit?
I was a social smoker. On nights out I found I was having a cigarette and I found I couldn’t enjoy my night without a cigarette.
My reason to quit smoking:
When I started studying beauty therapy we learnt about the factors that contribute to premature aging and damage the skin. I was putting all these products on my skin outside and I was putting a cigarette in my mouth and destroying my skin from the inside.
Benefits of quitting smoking:
The best thing I did was quit. It was a difficult journey but you get there in the end!
My top tips to quit smoking:
Just be determined!
Know why you don’t want to smoke, keep that in your head and keep progressing
Have a backup plan.
